Helpdesk has a long and extensive experience of providing customer service. We have been doing it the last 12 years and we know what the customers expect and we know how to provide that. We work in a service management system based on ITIL which is fully transparent to our clients and can if needed be integrated with our clients’ systems. Each new assignment is customized to meet our client’s needs and expectations. Helpdesk can support both wired and wireless network products from companies such as Belkin, Linksys, D-Link, Creative, 3Com, Netgear and Zyxell. We help you connect your computer to a network or to the Internet, configure and customize your e-mail software and Internet browser as well as giving you advice on security issues on the Internet.

We currently support home electronic products such as LCD- and Plasma TVs, home theater systems, speaker systems, CD- DVD and MP3 players, smart phones and hosted solutions connected to them. Unlike the manufacturers’ warranty support, we can help you make your home electronics environment to work together, including all products, connections and configurations.
