Welcome to Helpdesk, we provide customer service and helpdesk services to the Nordic market. We service our national and international clients using native speakers (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish) from our two Support Centers in Sweden and Denmark. We have extensive official experience in supporting PC’s and peripherals, Smartphones and other consumer electronics products as well as white goods.
Being local means we can be more selective when recruiting support agents. We can choose to be picky and only recruit the best people with excellent soft skills and a genuine interest in IT, which in the end give your customers better and faster answers, thereby reducing the number and length of calls.
We believe in sticking to the core business, which is where we know we can really add value to our clients.
