As a consumer Helpdesk can offer you a very cost effective support option. We offer consumers in Sweden a pay number to call for help with IT related problems in the home.

With 12 years of experience of helping consumers and as an official support partner for well known global electronics manufacturers we have the skill needed to solve your problems. Regardless of what problem you have, we have most certanly come across it before.

When you call us we will perform a problem analysis in order to find out what solution is available for you. Then we will give you an estimate as to how long that solution will take to implement. We can also assist with function suport in applications such as Windows and Office and even remote control your PC to correct the problem for you.
