We are now looking for several Customer Service Representatives (CSR) interested in working with IT-support, specifically supporting PC’s, network products or home electronics products via phone.

You are probably self thought and you must have the ability to and enjoy communicating with our clients in a pleasant and professional manner. You can read and write and English as well as at least one Nordic language. You really enjoy problem solving and have a passion for computers.

You should be prepared to work part- or full time within our opening hours 08:00 – 22:00. We are open every day of the week.

The people working at Helpdesk are a young fun team of approximately 90 people with a median age of 23. Helpdesk has a very flat organization where everyone is on a first name basis.
