Helpdesk Datasupport AB is a Nordic support company delivering customer service and helpdesk services to customers and users in the Nordic area. Our clients are both regular companies and electronic manufacturers.
The key to success is quality. Our quality starts with the fact that we have access to qualified IT personnel and continues with extensive softskill training and a working environment constructed according to all the latest ideas. Modern systems for telephone communication, contract information and case handling systems with many built in features for quality assurance complete our efforts to deliver support with high quality.
We do "monitoring and coaching" on a regular basis for our agents and make quality assurance surveys where customers grade the support. Helpdesk holds the Foundation Certification for Service Management. We have been approved for service reporting to more than 20 product manufacturers.
Helpdesk started in 1997 and is privately owned. We have about 70 employees represented with all Nordic languages and handle about 50 000 cases a month from our facilities in Borlänge and Copenhagen.
